Thanks to those who joined yesterday! We had a nice discussion of exponential smoothing and its relevance to Manuel’s work on baseline forecasting methods (which we discussed briefly yesterday). Our next meeting will be on Tuesday September 9th and we’ll discuss Chapter 9 on ARIMA models. Still looking for a volunteer if anyone would like to sign up!
