I imagine with the current state of things in the US could be quite cutthroat and also it sounds like they want to steer really quite senior. Actual role they want to fill sounds very good though and the big upside is spending time with Lucy.
Poppy and I are big Lucy fans (Poppy had to have a matching harness like a real try hard fan).
